kh8 Terms and Conditions

1General Provisions

kh8 ("we", "platform") is an online entertainment and betting service platform. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you", "member") and kh8. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and have the full capacity to understand and comply with these terms.

kh8 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after revised Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.

These Terms are published in English and this shall be considered the authoritative version. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on kh8, you must be 21 years of age or older. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to use this platform. We may request proof of age for verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When opening an account, you must confirm the following:

• You have provided accurate and complete information and will keep it up to date in the future.
• This is your only account — only one account per person is permitted.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of any other person.
• Keeping your account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

The same person may not operate more than one account. If the existence of multiple accounts is proven, all accounts will be closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kh8 is ৳200. All payments are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods:

• Rocket

Before depositing, make sure your payment account is registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not permitted. kh8 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction pending verification.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected if verification has not been completed or if a terms violation is suspected. If a withdrawal is held for any reason, please contact the support team.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

kh8 is actively committed to preventing money laundering. We monitor all transactions and reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Using the platform for any purpose of handling illegal funds is strictly prohibited.

4Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, which requires ৳40,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

4.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotion applies once per account only.
• Multiple accounts operated from the same household or IP address will not be eligible for the same promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• kh8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Each promotion has a specific duration and terms, which will be stated on the promotion page.

5Betting Rules

All bets on kh8 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Bet outcomes will be determined according to the rules of the relevant game or event. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.

kh8's decision will be final for outcomes resulting from software errors, server interruptions, or any other technical issues. Specific rules for each event will apply for cricket, football, and other sports betting.

The minimum and maximum permitted bet amounts are set individually for each game or market and will be displayed in the interface.

6VIP Program and Cashback

The kh8 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on overall activity and engagement on the platform. The detailed terms and schedule for cashback payments are determined by kh8, which reserves the right to make changes.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Using another person's identity or operating an account on their behalf.
• Playing or betting using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
• Using multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the bonus system.
• Conducting any illegal activity related to money laundering or gambling.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Misconduct, harassment, or threatening other members.

kh8 may temporarily suspend any account if an investigation is required. If irregularities are proven as a result of the investigation, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

8Personal Data and Privacy

Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or rented to any third party.

kh8 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. kh8 may request your identity document or other documents for the purpose of account verification.

9Responsible Gaming

11Service Changes and Suspension

kh8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. kh8 will not be held responsible for temporary disruptions due to maintenance or technical reasons.

kh8's decision regarding any active bets or game sessions during system downtime will be considered final.

12Limitation of Liability

kh8 will not be directly liable for any financial loss incurred by users due to technical errors, internet disruptions, third-party failures, or any other cause. However, in the case of a platform-caused error that is definitively proven, a reasonable resolution will be sought.

kh8 is not liable for any lost bets or interrupted sessions caused by issues with your computer, mobile device, or internet connection.

13Account Cancellation and Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any withdrawable balance before closure.

kh8 reserves the right to close an account without providing any explanation in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• If there is a security risk or an attempt to harm other users.

14Dispute Resolution

If resolution is not possible at the internal level, an alternative dispute resolution process will be followed by mutual agreement of both parties. Transaction history and game logs from your account will be used as evidence during dispute resolution.
